Terms and Conditions of Service

This agreement ('Agreement') sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for the provision of services by the Skin Sex and AIDS Awareness Centre (hereinafter referred to as the 'Clinic'), operated under the professional supervision of **Dr. Ankur Agarwal**, to you (hereinafter referred to as the 'Patient'). By scheduling an appointment or availing of any services provided by the Clinic, the Patient expressly agrees to be bound by the terms contained herein.

1. Scope of Services

The Clinic specializes in providing professional medical consultations with a focus on sexual health. All diagnoses, medical advice, and treatments are rendered by Dr. Ankur Agarwal or other healthcare professionals authorized by the Clinic.

The Clinic's specialities include, but are not limited to, the treatment of:

• Male Sexual Problems
• Female Sexual Problems
• Counselling
• Erectile Dysfunction
• Dhat Syndrome
• Premature Ejaculation
• Nightfall Treatment
• Delayed Ejaculation
• Retrograde Ejaculation
• Performance Anxiety
• Peyronie's Disease

2. Appointment and Payment Terms

• Consultation Fees: The charges for an initial consultation are **₹800 INR**.
• Follow-up Fees: The charges for follow-up consultations within 15 days of the initial consultation are **₹500 INR**.
• Scheduled Appointments: All services are provided on an appointment-only basis. The Patient is required to arrive punctually for their scheduled appointment.
• Clinic-Initiated Changes: The Clinic reserves the absolute right to cancel or reschedule any appointment at its sole discretion, without prior notice or justification. The Clinic shall bear no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from such cancellation or rescheduling.
• Prepaid Appointments: For all prepaid appointments, **no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances**.
• Credit Adjustments: Notwithstanding the foregoing, at the exclusive and unchallengeable discretion of Dr. Ankur Agarwal, the amount paid for a prepaid appointment may be credited towards a future appointment. This adjustment is subject to a case-by-case review and is not guaranteed.

3. Patient Conduct

The Clinic is committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment. The Clinic reserves the right to terminate services to any Patient who exhibits disruptive, abusive, or threatening behavior towards the Clinic's staff or other patients.

4. Privacy Policy

5. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

The Clinic's liability for any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from or in connection with the services provided, regardless of the cause of action, shall be strictly limited to the total fees paid by the Patient for the specific appointment at which the claim arose.

In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement or the services provided by the Clinic, the Clinic reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to compel binding arbitration as the exclusive venue for dispute resolution, thereby waiving the right to litigation in any court of law.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India**. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
